F-MELACLEAR is a potent treatment specifically formulated for reducing dark spots on localized facial areas.
The main component of the formula is tranexamic acid, traditionally used as a hemostatic medicine. In the skin, tranexamic acid inhibits UV-induced plasmin activity in keratinocytes by preventing the binding of plasminogen to the cells. This ultimately decreases melanocyte tyrosinase activity, making tranexamic acid effective for removing pigmentation, whitening the skin, and reducing spots.

One study published in the Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology in 2018 evaluated the efficacy of tranexamic acid in mesotherapy for treating melasma. The study included 30 patients who received mesotherapy with tranexamic acid twice a week for 8 weeks. The results showed a significant reduction in melasma severity and improvement in skin tone.

Another study published in the Journal of Drugs in Dermatology in 2013 evaluated the efficacy and safety of tranexamic acid in mesotherapy for skin whitening. The study included 50 patients who received mesotherapy with tranexamic acid once a week for 4 weeks. The results showed a significant improvement in skin lightening and reduction in skin pigmentation.

However, to achieve the best results, we have combined tranexamic acid with safe and effective skin lightening ingredients such as resorcinol, glutathione, niacinamide, and arbutin, which do not directly affect tyrosinase.
