Pioneered by Kent Muller and Dr Lerika De Klerk, Needleless was born from the shared ambition of two South Africans with a vision to solve a real global problem – creating a needle-free world by removing the fear, discomfort, and barriers associated with traditional injections.


Through the use of patented needle-free technology, a micro-thin, low-pressure jet of fluid is used instead of a needle to gently and precisely penetrate the skin. This approach is safer, significantly less painful, and delivers active ingredients with high accuracy and consistency.

How it works?

MIT Needle Free Technology injectors use CO2 or compressed air to propel a microjet of liquid six times the size of a 30-gauge needle through the skin. Instead of feeling the piercing pain of the needle, the patient only feels a slight pressure as the propelled liquid passes through the skin.
