Pre Treatment Protocol

The following simple guidelines are recommended before treatments:

1 week prior to treatment: Try Avoid aspirin, gingko biloba, garlic, CoQ10, flax oil, cod liver oil, Vitamins A & E and any other essential fatty acids.

24 – 48 hours prior to treatment: Try Avoid Niacin, foods high in sodium & sugar, refined carbohydrates, spicy foods, caffeine, alcohol and cigarettes. FRUITS ARE ALLOWED.

On the day of treatment: Eat breakfast or lunch depending on time of treatment which includes a moderate amount of protein such as an egg, cheese, fish, meat or a whey protein shake as this will alleviate any nausea experienced by some patients. Drink lots of water.

Dress code: Please DO NOT wear make-up and DO wear a black G-string panty as colour accentuates the cellulite which assists in identifying the problem area/s.

Probiotic and Lymph drops must be taken before body procedures

Post Treatment Protocol

The following simple guidelines are recommended after treatments:

Drink PLENTY of water.

Avoid alcohol, sodas or any other drinks high in sugar.

Avoid bathing or showering for at least 8 hours after treatment.

CELLULITE/BODY treatment – avoid a hot bath for 48 hours. After the initial 48 hours, a hot bath for a duration of 15 minutes will assist the body against any bruising.

Avoid any exercise for 48 hours as sweating will decrease the efficacy of the injected homeopathic cocktail.

Use aftercare products prescribed .

Alleviate bruising and swelling. Ice packs may also be applied to treated areas

You generally have full recovery within 72 hours of Aesthetic Injections. The first session can show injection wheels post treatment but will resolve within 72 hour. The remainder sessions, injection wheels can completely disappear within a few hours post injections.
